Artemisia ludoviciana (Fr: armoise de l'Ouest | En: silver wormwood, white sagebrush)

This plant makes an attractive ground cover and spreads by roots to cover a large area. It has a pleasant fragrance. 

While not considered native to Quebec and the Ottawa Valley, white sagebrush is native to parts of Ontario and west and has naturalised in a number of locations in the Ottawa Valley.
