Plant Guarantee

At Nursery for the Earth, we stand by our plants.

All plants are guaranteed to arrive healthy and in good condition. If you notice any issue at the time of pickup or within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us right away. We will replace and redeliver the plants at no charge, or issue a full refund if you prefer.

Plant survival depends on the conditions in which they are planted — sunlight exposure, soil type, drainage, and consistent watering during establishment all play a role. If you have questions about site conditions or plant suitability before purchasing, feel free to send us a message. We also offer consultation services for more detailed, site-specific guidance.

Installation Guarantee

Plants installed by Nursery for the Earth are covered by a 6-month limited establishment warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers plant failure related to installation or early establishment under normal care conditions.

Proper watering and basic aftercare during the establishment period are the responsibility of the property owner. The following are not covered: wildlife damage (including deer and rodents), drought or improper watering, extreme weather events, and mechanical damage or site disturbance.

Warranty replacements cover plant material cost — meaning the value of the plant itself — and do not include labour unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
