We offer flexible pickup and delivery options to make receiving your plants as simple and convenient as possible.

🌿 Pickup (Free)

Free pickup is available by appointment at either of our locations:

Aylmer Office

Farm Location
9 Chemin Sixth Line, Bristol, QC

Pickup times are arranged in advance to ensure your order is prepared and ready when you arrive.

🚚 Local & Regional Delivery — Ottawa–Gatineau

Aylmer, Pontiac & Bristol Customers located near our Aylmer office or Bristol farm location receive free delivery on orders of $150 or more (pre-tax). Orders under $150 are delivered for a flat fee of $20.

Greater Ottawa–Gatineau Region Delivery is charged at $2/km from the closest of our two locations. Free delivery is included on orders over $750 (pre-tax).

We'll confirm your delivery window when you place your order, as scheduling depends on seasonal workload and planting schedules. We encourage customers to bundle purchases where possible — this helps reduce trips and supports lower-impact delivery.

For bulk tree orders, restoration projects, or larger installations outside our regular service area, please contact us — we're happy to coordinate.

📦 Shipping

We currently ship select bulbs, corms, and bare-root plants. Container-grown plants are not shipped at this time, as transit conditions make it difficult to ensure they arrive in the healthy condition our guarantee requires.
