Erigeron philadelphicus (Fr: vergerette de Philadelphie | En: Philadelphia fleabane)

Philadelphia fleabane is delicate perennial that is one of of my favourite June flowers. It is perfect for the time after most of the spring flowers have finished but before many of our summer flowers have started.  

It's pink-white flowers attract scores of pollinators including a large diversity of native bees. 

It is adaptable to many soil and moisture conditions, and will typically thrive as long as it gets full sun.

Habitat: Open woods, rocky areas, marsh edges
