On-Site Ecological Consultation

Looking to learn more about your land and what native plants will thrive there? We offer on-site consultations to help you better understand your local growing conditions and choose the right plants for your space.

During each visit, we’ll take inventory of the plant species present on your property. You'll receive a detailed species list with scientific names, English and French common names, and notes on whether each plant is native, introduced, or invasive.

Standard Consultation

• Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours

• Rate: $250

• Travel fee: $1/km for properties outside of Bristol, Pontiac, or the Aylmer sector of Gatineau (calculated from our office or nursery, whichever is closer)

• Additional time: $75/hour

Large Property Consultation (5 acres or more)

For larger sites, we offer additional services, including access to historical aerial imagery to help you see how your land has changed over time. In the Outaouais region, we can also include hydrology maps, Soil maps, lidar-based elevation data, and tree canopy height models.

These projects come with a comprehensive written report and typically require 3 or more hours on-site.
